Why we built it
We’re SupaDesign, a small studio. We got tired of signatures disappearing, duplicating, and being held hostage behind subscriptions.
So we built InboxSig to run in your browser. You pick a template. You fill in your details. You write an email. Your signature goes where it belongs.
No account to get locked out of. No monthly bill to keep your name on your emails.
Set it up. Get back to work.
Install the free extension. No account. No sign-up.
Choose from 12 table-based templates: 8 free, 4 Pro. Edit visually with a live Gmail preview.
Your signature is added automatically to new emails and replies in Gmail on desktop Chrome.

Missing signatures? Auto-insert adds yours to new emails and replies. A health line shows it’s working, and “Copy for Gmail settings” gives you a rich-copy backup.
Five signatures in one draft? InboxSig checks for an existing signature, even in reopened drafts. It only inserts into empty compose windows and replaces Gmail’s own signature instead of stacking two.
Wrong work details on a personal email? Pro matches signatures to Gmail accounts and “Send mail as” aliases. The ✍ switcher changes or removes one for just that email.
Surprise subscription? All 8 free templates, the editor, auto-insert, image hosting and copy buttons stay free forever. A small grey link appears on new emails only, never replies.
Login holding your signature hostage? There is no login. Signatures live in your browser. No analytics, tracking pixels, remote code or pop-ups inside Gmail.
Logo gone missing? The editor warns about base64 images Gmail drops. Uploads are resized in your browser and hosted over HTTPS by InboxSig for every recipient.
Fair questions
Yes. All 8 free templates, the visual editor, auto-insert for new emails and replies, image hosting and copy buttons. Free forever.
A small grey “Made with InboxSig” text link on new emails only. Never on replies. Pro removes it for €29 once. No subscription.
Nothing runs on our servers to break for auto-insert. It uses Gmail’s long-stable compose markers, and a health line shows it’s working. The copy-to-Gmail backup is always there. We can’t promise Gmail never changes. If it does, the fix ships in an update.
No. InboxSig checks the compose window to place your signature and avoid duplicates. Your email is not collected or sent to us. Signatures are stored locally in your browser.
Auto-insert is for desktop Chrome. Use the plain-text mobile signature copy button for the Gmail phone app. Or use “Copy for Gmail settings” to paste a rich signature into Gmail’s desktop settings.

The details
Add the free Chrome extension, open its visual editor, pick a template and fill in your details. The live Gmail preview shows your signature before you write. Auto-insert works in Gmail on desktop Chrome.
Only in your browser, using chrome.storage.local. No account or sign-up. Uploaded images are hosted over HTTPS by InboxSig so recipients can see them. Read our privacy policy.
Storage and access to mail.google.com only. Storage saves your signatures locally; Gmail access lets the extension add them to compose windows. No remote code, analytics, tracking pixels or pop-ups inside Gmail.
Yes, with Pro. Set a different signature for each Gmail account or “Send mail as” alias. Pro also includes unlimited signatures. The small ✍ chip lets you change or remove the signature for one email.
Pro is €29 once, for lifetime access. Buy it in the extension’s Pro tab through RevenueCat/Stripe checkout. A purchase code restores Pro on another computer. For a refund within 14 days, email darren@getsupadesign.com.
Automatic insertion works on desktop Chrome only. Copy the editor’s plain-text mobile signature into the Gmail phone app, which supports text signatures only.
The extension supports Gmail only. Use our free web generator to copy a signature for Outlook or Apple Mail. See the installation guides for help.
Removing the extension removes everything it stores in your browser. Signatures in emails you already sent stay as they are. Before uninstalling, use “Copy for Gmail settings” if you want to keep a copy in Gmail’s own settings.
Gmail drops embedded base64 images, so the editor warns you about them. Uploads are resized in your browser and hosted over HTTPS by InboxSig so they show for every recipient. Image hosting is included free.
Pro includes team template export/import: colleagues import a locked company design. For the InboxSig web app, Team Lifetime is €149 once for up to 15 people, for the first 50 licences.
Write the email. We’ll add the signature.
