Add an email signature in Gmail
Use Gmail on a computer for a rich signature with images and links. Gmail mobile has separate signature settings.
Gmail on the web
- Open Settings (the gear), then See all settings. On the General tab, scroll to Signature and select Create new.
- Copy the rendered signature from InboxSig and paste it into the editor. Under Signature defaults, select it for new messages and replies as needed.
- Scroll to Save Changes. Compose a new message and send a test to an external account; images may initially be blocked by the recipient.
