Add a signature in iPhone Mail
iPhone Mail is different from the Gmail and Outlook apps. Pasted formatting can change, so send a test before using it for work.
iOS Mail
- Open Settings → Apps → Mail → Signature. On older iOS releases, use Settings → Mail → Signature.
- Choose All Accounts or Per Account, then paste your signature. If rich content is stripped, use a short text signature with your name and primary contact.
- Send a message from Apple Mail and inspect the received copy on desktop as well as mobile.
