Email signatures for realtors
Buyers often return to an old email when they want to revisit a listing or arrange a viewing. Put your brokerage beside your name, keep office and mobile numbers distinct, and use only membership designations you are entitled to display.
Fictional examples. Replace sample credentials and licence numbers with your own verified details.

Questions for realtors
Can every real estate agent use REALTOR®?
REALTOR® is a membership mark, not a generic synonym for an agent. Use it only when authorized under NAR’s rules. Brokerage identity and local licensing information should follow your organization’s policy.
Which link belongs in a realtor signature?
Use a link to your current property listings. Label the destination clearly and check it before pasting the signature into your mail client.
