Email signatures for researchers

Authors with similar names can be hard to distinguish in a new collaboration. Give your research group and institution, and add a verified ORCID link or institutional profile when it helps recipients find the right publication record.

Fictional examples. Replace sample credentials and licence numbers with your own verified details.
